Join us on sample date


Participating in the Challenge is as easy as 1, 2, 3!  Form a team today! Teams should be a minimum of 4, or up to 10 individuals and can be groups of family members and friends, business colleagues, alumni, Veterans, and neighbors.  Each team will be paired with an Olympian, Paralympian, or elite athlete to complete a series of fun on mountain challenges. Top fundraisers and competitors will win prizes.  An overall team champion trophy will also be awarded. 

In addition to being an excellent fundraiser, the STARS Mountain Challenge is a ton of fun. It’s a special time during the year when Olympic and Paralympic athletes, supporters, volunteers, and participants are gathered together, so we are able to celebrate as a whole community. Whether as a team member, a sponsor, or individual who provides pledges – we hope you will consider supporting us in reaching for the STARS!

Event Challenges
Mountain Challenge
- Teams remain together throughout the day, skiing/riding with your VIP athlete 
-Ski/ride each chairlift on the mountain at least once
- Visit the key landmarks

Mini Challenge
- Ride a minimum of 5 lifts
- Earn point for visiting designated areas on the mountain, picture spots and team costumes

Mountain Challenge
Registration: $50.00*
(Each individual commits to a $250.00 fundraising minimum in addition to the registration fee of $50.00).

Mini Challenge
Registration: $25.00*
Each individual commits to a $50.00 fundraising minimum in addition to the registration fee of $25.00).

*Event registration includes day of event breakfast, lunch and beer (21+). 

Lift Tickets
Lift tickets can be purchased for $55.00 through STARS for the day of the event.
Independent skiers with a disability receive a complimentary lift ticket.* 

*If you are an independent skier with a disability, please notify STARS before the event if you need a lift ticket.
